Yeasun’s Industrial Aluminum Melting Furnace is designed specifically for large aluminum alloy die-casting and casting plants, serving as an ideal solution for fast and efficient centralized melting.

It features imported Yokoi low-speed infrared long-flame burners with pilot ignition for low energy consumption during holding, achieving a burn-off rate of ≤1.1%.

The tower-type structure is paired with premium insulation and refractory materials to ensure a ±5°C temperature consistency between the holding chamber and tapping chamber. Customers can choose between round or square holding chamber designs to fit their production layout.
